Shipping & postage policy

1. UK - All orders are despatched withing 1/2 days and sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed. - £3.50

If you need next day delivery please contact one of our social media platforms.

 2. INTERNATIONAL - All orders are despatched within 1/2 days and sent via Royal Mail Worldwide Tracked £9-12. Shipping may take 4-15days depending on where you are in the world. 

Returns policy - If you are not happy with your purchase you may exchange or return within 10 days of purchase. All items must be undamaged, unworn and in all the original packaging. 

Buyer must pay for the return, unless the item came damaged, by signed/tracked to ensure the parcel doesn't get lost.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on open & used. If an item arrives damaged, send pictures to any of our social media platforms and a replacement may be sent to you upon investigation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, so if you receive a refund, you won't get a refund for us sending the item out to you. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
